Workshop – max 40 participants
In this workshop, we explore and reflect on key questions relating to our fitness to operate in the light of increasing diversity as organisations/institutions.

We will create space for a participative dialogue, please, bring your expertise and an open mind! 


Kemê Pellicer is a visual artist based in Helsinki who works with photography, performance, Installation and text, In a process that explores the complexity of our construction and the constructions we inhabit, as our roles in it, not predefined or static.

Kemê is, also, a culture worker focused on the situation of transcultural artists in Finland,
best practices in art & culture organisations and migration.

She is the project coordinator of Global Art Point (G.A.P), an independent information centre
and meeting point promoting equality and accessibility inside the Finnish art and culture
sector, established in 2016 by a community of non-Finnish born artists and culture workers
resident in Finland and currently supported by Helsinki city, Ministry of Education and
Culture and Finnish Cultural Foundation. 

Kemê has been an active board member of several artists' organisations in Finland, such as Catalisty ry, and is currently a board member of Kiila ry, Myymälä2 osk., and HIAA. She is a Member of Critical Friends' Group promoting Inclusive and Diverse Sector in the Nordics, a
project lead by Kulturrådet - Arts Council Norway.
